Parsaad INGREDIENTSTo make 1 lb of Parsaad3 cups water2 cups sugar1 tsp ginger2 cinnamon sticks2 cups ghee4 cups flour1 1/2 cups evaporated milk1 cup coconut milk1/2 cup raisins1 tsp cardamom (elachi, elychee) DIRECTIONSStep 1: Boil 3 cups water with 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp ginger, and 2 cinnamon stick in a separate potStep 2: Melt 2 cups of ghee in pot and heat under medium heat in another potStep 3: Add 4 cups of flour to ghee and stir continuously to avoid lumps and burningStep 4: Add 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk to mixture and continue stirringStep 5: Add 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup raisins and 1 tsp elychee while constantly stirring mixtureStep 6: Add the “phaag mixture” from step one and constantly stir until mixture becomes smoothStep 7: Add some Love
